- Monthly and daily usage breakdown

- Provide the WhatProblem AI service
- Post clarifying questions and summaries as comments on GitHub issues

6. AI Processing
WhatProblem AI uses artificial intelligence to process issue content. By using our service, you acknowledge that:
- Issue content will be processed by third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude and OpenAI)
- We do not use your data to train public AI models
- AI responses are generated in real-time
- Full conversation history is stored for context continuity
- Extracted requirements are stored separately for reference
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for different periods depending on the type:
- Conversation history: Retained while you have an active installation plus 30 days after uninstallation
- Usage data: Archived monthly and retained for 24 months for billing, compliance, and service improvement purposes
- Account information: Retained until you uninstall the application plus 30 days
- Error logs: Retained for 90 days for debugging and service improvement
- Billing records: Retained for 7 years as required by UK tax law
Upon uninstallation, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where longer retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes as outlined above.

- These comments will be visible to anyone who can view the issue
- Comments include clarifying questions and requirement summaries
- All comments are clearly labeled as coming from WhatProblem AI bot
- You can delete any bot comments through GitHub's interface

WhatProblem AI is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
